Funding Suite provides extremely robust user level access controls to satisfy even the most demanding corporate administrator. At the highest level, users may be grouped vertically by branches and also divisions - and horizontally by departments. Purchase and viewing restrictions for every product can be managed all the way down to the user level. For ease of use, restrictions can be defined around specific job types or departments. When a new users is associated with a job type, all its restrictions are automatically applied.

Administrators may define which products or services a user may purchase, which days of the week and/or hours in the day a user may access Funding Suite, whether the user will pay for their own purchases, whether the user may set up new users or simply manage existing users, whether the user may access files ordered by others, whether they can view Fannie/Freddie log in details and much more.

Billing & Cost Control Features

Funding Suite provides extremely powerful cost accounting tools for larger mortgage firms with multiple offices. Large organizations can define their unique corporate hierarchy requirements by establishing other locations, regions or branches. Once defined, each entity acts as its own P&L center, complete with independent invoicing and its own unique account number.

The headquarters may set up individual payment methods using check or credit card for each of its user defined account types. Real time reporting provides corporate with a quick snapshot of purchase activity by location and or region. Roll up reporting provides executives with a detailed transaction history for the entire organization, while branch managers may view results generated by users in their location(s) only.

Separate Loan Officer Billing
Removes all liability for any charges incurred by specified loan officers or agents.

Funding Suite’s PaySaver tools ensure effortless assignment of separate loan officer billing. With a single click, loan offers (or even entire departments) can be assigned responsibility for their own bills. PaySaver completely protects the corporate account from all fiscal responsibility for the loan officers charges.

Once a loan officer is assigned to pay their own bills, Funding Suite will automatically collect the required credit card information from the user upon their next log in. The user may then elect to pay as he goes, may pay by the month, or anywhere in between, its completely up to the user. Even though PaySaver users are responsible for their own charges, their orders still count toward the volume total to help everyone achieve higher discounts.
